My name is Dan Callan and I am the Broker and Director of Team Callan Residential Real Estate Sales. I am one of the very few Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists in the State of Michigan. I have been Licensed since 1979 and a Broker since 1984; having over 40 years in the Business. Our production numbers speak for themselves, but the greatest asset we provide is the confidence that those we serve know their best interests are always of primary importance. We never let money or numbers stand in the way of doing the right thing. Whether our Clients are Buying or Selling, we understand the process can often be challenging and complicated. We focus on taking the pressure off our Clients so they can make clear and concise decisions throughout the Transaction process. We understand that when Clients are making a Residential transition, they are making a major Life adjustment and that often comes with emotion attached. We are sensitive and know the importance of this monumental event.
